Appointment Booking Policy

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service cost at checkout.

Cancellation Policy:

• Haircuts: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Color/Extensions: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel within the required window, 50% of the service cost will be charged.

• No-Call, No-Show: Failure to show up without notice will result in a charge of 75% of the service cost and may result in being blocked from booking future appointments.

• Late Arrivals:

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
